1/4 Beef Share Deposit

This is a *non-refundable* deposit for a quarter beef share. Remainder is due before pickup or delivery.

Deliveries will be made starting at the end of August-September.

115-120 lbs Total 

$14.50 lb packaged weight - 15% Off Retail Savings and the security of a freezer full of beef. (Total price including deposit will be ~$1,650)

What You’ll Get:

45% ground beef

30% roasts and misc cuts including: pot roasts, brisket, round roasts and steaks, short ribs, stew meat

20% steaks: Sirloin, Rib-Eye, NY Strip, Tenderloin, Skirt Steak or Flank 

~5% marrow & soup bones, and tallow

Final Payment:

Final remainder payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card (3.5% processing fee). An invoice will be sent prior to delivery.

Where You’ll Get it:

Home Delivery is available in Rhode Island or anywhere roughly along the way of Vermont to Rhode Island. You can also pick up at our farm in Vermont (which is completely magical by the way. Book a mini getaway in our house or yurt and head home with our delicious beef. 

Can I choose my cuts?

Our butcher only allows one cut sheet per cow. If you’d like to purchase a whole animal, you can fill out your cut sheet.
