Our Icattle are 100% grass-fed from birth on certified organic pasture, moving through a grazing system designed to improve soil health, biodiversity, and animal wellbeing. Raising animals for meat comes with deep responsibility, and we approach that work with care, gratitude, and respect.

Every cut is an invitation to participate in a food system built on stewardship rather than extraction.
